Global Survey Revised - 06.08.2008

In order to preserve instrument lifetime, the TES Science Team has agreed to eliminate all Global Survey observations south of -60 degrees latitude. This modification reduces the mileage on the instrument's Interferometer Control Subsystem (ICS) by appx. 16%. Plans are being constructed to further restrict TES observations to between -50 degrees latitude and +70 degrees latitude, and should be in place in late July '08
