TES data products are archived at the NASA Langley Atmospheric Science Data Center and available for search and download through NASA’s Earthdata Search tool . You may use the below interface to search for a specific set of TES data.
Those looking to use standard Level 2 TES data products are advised to use the TES Lite Products that are reduced size products in netCDF format, providing L2 data organized by month.
